Vitamoon Shipping Policy

At Vitamoon, we strive to get your wellness essentials to your doorstep as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping process and delivery timelines.

1. Order Processing Time

We know you’re ready to start your journey, so we move fast!

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will begin processing the following business day.

2. Shipping Origin & Timelines

All Vitamoon products are shipped from within the United States. This ensures faster transit times and no hidden customs fees for our domestic customers.

  • Standard Shipping: Most customers receive their order within 3–5 business days after the package has been processed and dispatched.

  • Shipping Carriers: We partner with reliable carriers, including USPS and DHL, to ensure your package arrives safely.

3. Tracking Your Order

Communication is key. You will stay informed at every step of the journey:

  • Order Confirmation: Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase.

  • Shipping Notification: As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Status Updates: You may receive additional "out for delivery" or "delivered" notifications to help you stay updated on your package’s location.

4. Delivery Tips & Mailbox Safety

Our primary carriers (USPS and DHL) often deliver packages directly into your mailbox rather than leaving them on a porch or doorstep.

  • Check Your Mailbox: If your tracking status says "Delivered" but you don't see a box at your door, please check your standard mail receptacle first.

  • Secure Delivery: Please ensure your shipping address is a secure location. Vitamoon is not responsible for packages stolen after a confirmed delivery by the carrier.

5. Shipping Restrictions & Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been processed. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a reshipping fee may apply.

6. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management.

  2. Look in and around your mailbox.

  3. Wait 24 hours, as carriers occasionally mark an item as delivered a day early.

  4. If it still hasn't appeared, contact us at support@vitamoon.com within 7 days of the "delivered" date so we can assist you in filing a claim.
