1. Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee

We encourage you to truly experience our products! If you are not satisfied with your Vitamoon supplements, you can request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date of your first purchase.

  • Discretion: Refunds are issued at our sole discretion to ensure the policy is used fairly and to prevent system abuse.

2. Returns of Unused Products

If you have purchased items that you no longer need and have not opened, we accept physical returns under the following conditions:

  • Timeline: Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unopened, with the original seals intact, and in their original packaging.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for unused products. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

3. Shipping & Processing

  • Order Processing: We know you’re excited to start your routine. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable. Refunds are issued for the product purchase price only.

4. How to Initiate a Refund or Return

  • Requirements: Please include your Order Number and the reason for your request.

  • Approval: Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

5. Damaged or Defective Goods

If your order arrives damaged or with a broken safety seal, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Provide a photo of the damage to support@vitamoon.com, and we will ship a replacement to you immediately at no extra cost.

6. Processing Times for Refunds

Once a refund is authorized by our team:

  • Credit: The funds will be sent back to the original payment method.

  • Banking Window: Most refunds reflect in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing times.
